Got my order of Dark Harbour Dulse a couple of days ago. Have already used it on haddock fillets and made a seafood chowder today. It makes me think of the ocean. Our family regularly eats seaweed in a variety of ways. This summer we picked up a small bag of Dark Harbour Dulse on a trip to Grand Manan. Our family, especially our 3 yr old, gobbled it up like chips, it was so good. We were so grateful to be able to order 5lbs so we don’t have to limit our enjoyment. Besides snacking it right out of the container we especially love it in oats, rice, and soups.
