Dark Harbour Dulse is created by Mother Nature in the cold blue waters of the Atlantic Ocean; Canada. Once we harvest the dulse from the wild, our beautiful long leafed dulse is sun dried and cleaned for market! Dulse is our most popular sea vegetable we harvest, supply is limited. Our world famous dulse has a soft crisp, chewy texture, distinctive taste and a rich red color!
Dulse is rich in protein and boasts the highest content of Iron, Vitamin A, C, D and E, Calcium, Iodine, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Manganese & Vitamins B1 and B2.
Flavour: has a salty, smoky flavor with umami quality, some say it tastes like bacon, referred as the "vegan bacon".

I ordered the dulse and in less than 24 hours I was munching on happiness! Grand Manan joyfulness straight from the ocean.
We ordered dulce on line not knowing what to expect…but since we originally are from New Brunswick and we’ve been through some bad times with two hurricanes devastating our home last year we decided we wanted a treat… it came yesterday…..and it is beyond our wildest expectations so great better than it was when we were children. !!! So my wife's family is from New Brunswick and they all absolutely love dulse. To them it might as well be candy. My wife only ends up getting a small bag from family back east every now and then. I surprised her with 2lbs of Darkharbour dulse and she could not be happier. The amazing folks were so easy to deal with, and friendly.
